Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between “ENCAPSULATION” and traditional steam cleaning?
With the encapsulation process, we use an polymer based product that clings to the dirt and oil in your carpet, Removes it from the fiber and surrounds or “encapsulates” it. After the product dries to a crystal powder, a simple vacuuming removes the contaminants. This process leaves regularly mainatianed carpets looking their best, with very little dry time.
The traditional steam cleaners or Hot Water Extraction, is reserved for carpets that have not been regularly maintained. We get it, life gets away from you and your carpets haven’t been cleaned in 3, 5 or even 20 years. Your dog or cat had some accidents, or maybe you just honestly dont like any method but Hot Water. We understand. In cases like these, we recommmend the traditional Hot Water Extraction.
What makes our Hot Water Extraction better than the next guy? Products and People. We only use the best of the best, and safest products. Also our equipment is state of the art and regularly maintained. Our Technicians are very well trained, and meticulous cleaners. We employ only the best!

As crazy as it sounds here is another solution. When red wine is spilled onto your carpet, white wine can be your true companion. White wine will help neutralize red wine and will make it easier to lift the color off of your carpet or clothing. Simply pour white wine over the stained area and very gently blot the liquid up with a thick towel (be very careful not to rub as this will force the stain into the carpet or clothing fibers). If the stain is still visible, you can add salt or soda to continue lifting out pigment.
